Title says it all! Obviously for yesterday/today, not in general as that would be all of us with virgin I think! Last night it cut in and out. Tonight I'm getting no access at all. I'm based near the corner of lordship lane/townley road

I'm not getting any joy - on lordship lane near police station. No connection. Tried calling Virgin, their auto test on the connection failed. Problem is that there was a 30 minute wait to talk to someone. Every time there is a fault I remember how awful their customer service is
