I always thought the prices in H&G were "silly" - I'm excited about this venture and hope LillyRose does well (I'm sure that when H&G first opened there were plenty of naysayers)!

I'm with you on this one - my cat hides in the bushes at night, then jumps on the bed, I put out my hand to stroke her only to discover half a dozen little slimers stuck in her fur - bleurgh.....

  6. We had this at our wedding in 2001, it was originally a WWII code and featured in the film "Carve Her Name With Pride" about Violette Szabo (she is commemorated in a mural near Stockwell station).... I'd been fairly calm all through the ceremony until my friend read this and then I blubbed (I wasn't the only one).... The Life That I Have (Yours) - Leo Marks The life that I have is all that I have And the life that I have is yours The love that I have of the life that I have Is yours and yours and yours A sleep I shall have A rest I shall have But death will be put a pause For the peace of my years In the green green grass Will be yours and yours and yours

  12. As you well know Seabag, where in West Dulwich DOESN'T sell eggcups?!
  13. Apologies if this point has been covered before, but on the subject of passports - if there is a Yes vote, what would qualify one as Scottish? I quite relish the thought of GQ's Philanthropist of the Year having to apply for a Scottish passport and then requiring a visa to enter the remainder of the UK, oh to be a fly on the wall in that interview room...
  14. Nope - it's working fine!
  15. You can fit cat flaps in glass doors - see here.... http://www.catflapfitter.co.uk/
  16. Is your cat micro-chipped? If not, then best to have it done, then install a micro-chip activated cat flap so only your cat can come in and out....
  17. I'm not playing any more - either stick to the rules or don't.... You won't miss me anyway!

Actually it was "The Island of Dreams" The Springfields; then "Islands In The Stream" Bee Gees (taking the "The"), so anything after that should follow The, not Island.....
