David has taught me the best way to get into regular exercise with weights with a laugh and no fuss. I can now transfer skills learnt with him to easily keep up with simple training routines using dumbbell weights at home. I feel stronger, less out of breath, fitter and I’ve steadily lost weight.

Dulwich Leisure Centre Women's Changing Rooms I love going swimming at Dulwich Leisure Centre but the women's changing rooms could be better. In August last year I gave the manager a bit of paper - attached - with the list of small issues, but frustrating ones, as very long-standing. He thanked me and said he would give to the maintenance people. Its now December. Nothing has been remedied. It would be great if by 2018 things could change!

I would like to share information about the brilliant charity PAPYRUS - for the prevention of young suicide. They believe, as I do, that many young suicides are preventable. Suicide is the biggest killer of young people (under 35years old) in the UK. And the statistics do not tell the whole story as many suicides are not recorded as such. It would be great if the bus went to New X Gate as at the moment it is only the 343 bus from this end of Peckham which I never get because of the convoluted route

I love the new updated pool at Dulwich but do have a couple of little moans: - It is good to have new changing facilities but the women's changing rooms have a few annoying problems: a massive draft goes through the space when the door is opened from the pool; also when the pool door is open, women changing can be seen through the mirrors at the end; most of the seats are in front of the lockers so people leave their things or are sitting in the way so have to move when access is needed by someone else; the clothes hooks in the showers have started to fall off (the hooks in the old changing room cubicles were lovely and had been there for years without falling off the wall - I wonder where they went..... - I have filled in a complaint card at least two or three times and have had no reply and nothing has changed Thanks sb

lost digital camera Sunday 13th June in Peckham Rye park or Dunstan's Road SE22 - a long shot as over a week ago but maybe someone has seen it?

hi just been to ED police station and it is shut......with no notice to say so but i called the police and they eventually confirmed it is until when they do not know.....so save yourself a journey......I'm just working up to going to Peckham instead!
