I also want to recommend Lee. We are currently living in Chile and renting out our house in East Dulwich. My tenants emailed me to say the boiler had packed in. I went to the Forum to see who you all recommend and Lee's name came up. He went round very quickly, sorted it out, just charged the call out rate. I was dreading a huge bill .. So I am very happy.
