  1. went there two weeks ago with baby in sling at 9 weeks old. it was fine x
  2. not trying to hijack thread but there seem be alot of this about at the.moment.
  3. my eleven week old has been coughing and occassionally being sick. gp gave the all clear for his imms and he still has this hacking cough. theyve told me its not an infection due to no temperature and his lungs sound clear apparently

  7. Just wondering if anyone has some advice. Ive got a one week old and a daughter who is two years and nines months. The toddler as just dropped her afternoon nap. I know people say with a newborn nap when baby naps but when you have other children to care for how can i make this possible ?

  11. Thanks for your comments on this. Jojobaby: any decision made regarding birthing options has been based on the advice provided by a qualified medical practitioner. did people find it a bit oof aa nightmare to empty ? I have the black pump to empty it oout? Just thinking id wait till the other half is aat home to fill it up in case I get in a pickle. Also have a two year old in the house so a bit hesitant to leave it filled up?
  12. Ive got the birth pool pumped up which ill now store away. Im just wondering should we have a test run in filling it up?
  13. Agree with pickle think with the clothes washing little and often is the way to tackle through it although it may no be the most economical!
  14. Have you spoken to a GP/ specialist regarding her not passing urine for long periods of time? That's something that needs to addressed.
  15. Thanks I'll have a look into those. I did find the disposable ones leaked at night not sure if re usable would be better to stop this
  16. Last time I found johnsons breast pads the most comfortable. I don't mind a cotton type one just thinking id like to breast feed longer this time round and if there is a good brand I can wash and re use it might be more cost effective as well?

  18. Heard they really eat away at the electric? Not sure how much they cost per load. To cut down on cost I stick things on the line and When weve had these bad episodes of weather ive stuck it in the dryer
  19. Some people are anti dryers ? Not sure why?

  21. That's the dilemma we had to get a decent sized property and for me to stay at home with the kids we had to move out of London. I miss the little coffee shops etc on lordship lane but found people really friendly in our new area s
