Thanks so much for attempting to define racism - if the person hadn't been black but white, you wouldn't have assumed he thought you were a 'neo-nazi', you would have thought he was simply being a dickhead - after all, there's a lot of white trash in East Dulwich. Therefore your judgement was an act of racism - most people are prejudice in some way and you are clearly one of them. As a final thought, have you ever seen a black neo-nazi? Or an Indian one? Therefore the fact that you are white and he was black also means you made a racist judgement.
