  1. I recognised the suspected parcel thief today. I followed him on my bike around Friern, Upland and Hillcourt Roads. He had a blond female passenger, both in there 50?s.They were driving suspiciously, reversing the car, a Blue-green Volvo, looking at houses they had just driven past.
  2. Surprised that the new entrance on Underhill Road doesn?t have a ramp for disabled or buggy access.

  11. I'd have liked to have seen it but I was asleep
  12. Take up James's offer. I had a similar car and van 'parked' outside my house a couple of years ago. If it looks abandoned or is unroadworthy/dangerous i.e.flat tyres the council can issue an order and remove.

  17. This thread needs a very urgent "group hug" or a "Harry Hill style" fight !!
  18. I doubt the OP was that close to the man or that her intention was an act of voyeurism. She should give the image to the local police, maybe it's a habit. It's not just a man thing, the worst I've seen was outside (what is now) KFC in Brixton town centre. A busy Saturday afternoon when a woman hoisted up her garments and let rip. The steam cloud was amazing, I really felt sorry for people eating Pizza in the restaurant. 20. The signs have been around for some time. Lidl on Old Kent Road had an aisle full of Equestrian clothing and equipment a while ago.
  21. I like the new painting, somewhat reminiscent of Robert Rauschenberg's White Painting series.
  22. We have the kitchen bit under the glass. But also the sitting area under it too, different layout to normal. The window frames have a thermal break so no problems with condensation. Ensure you have a good cooker hood that gathers the fumes and steam.
  23. It's nonsense to say she blames the cyclist. She's considered the incident and openly and honestly admits to her error.
  24. Maybe someone succesfully highlighted dangerous motorcycles parking in the designated pedestrian area. Usually plenty of space just inside the doors near the security station, think they'll mind if I tie up my horse there????
  25. I fear they'll be heard again later this morning, again on Friday AND Saturday. I'll update you with further predictions for next week very soon !!!
