I recognised the suspected parcel thief today. I followed him on my bike around Friern, Upland and Hillcourt Roads. He had a blond female passenger, both in there 50?s.They were driving suspiciously, reversing the car, a Blue-green Volvo,looking at houses they had just driven past.

Surprised that the new entrance on Underhill Road doesn?t have a ramp for disabled or buggy access.

If not an email to the CEO with a receipt will probably work

The police officer manning the closure at Crebor St told me it was a suspect package. The bomb squad were in attendance with a sniffer dog. Police were searching wheeli bins and gardens earlier

Take up James's offer. I had a similar car and van 'parked' outside my house a couple of years ago. If it looks abandoned or is unroadworthy/dangerous i.e.flat tyres the council can issue an order and remove.

I doubt the OP was that close to the man or that her intention was an act of voyeurism. She should give the image to the local police, maybe it's a habit.
