What > exactly are you trying to achieve here? I am sorry that you have misunderstood the web-site. I have given reasons not to vote Lib-Dem. Such as, Lib-Dem councillors deleting emails without reading then first and Lib-Dem councillor not responding to letters and email plus more. If you would like to tell me where I have told people how to vote I would be happy to correct this. I do not understand your comment ?wriggle out of this? if you feel I have been duplicitous in some way, you are wrong, I leave that kind of behavior to Southwark Council. KD

My opinion is that the Lib-Dem?s are not fit to govern. This opinion is based on factual evidence provided. Given no one thus far has provided me with any factual evidence to contradict my opinion. I have made my case. Logic dictates, If the Lib-Dem?s cannot function professionally locally, why would anyone trust them to work any better nationally? I am not telling anyone how they should vote, that?s between them and the ballot-box. Liberal Democrats are not fit for governance of this country in my opinion. KD

But the real question is why Mr. McNally chose not respond, given that I made several request to him to do so.

Mark Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Why not ask the Strategic Director for the details > you require? Because the Strategic Director did not send me the letter of the 1st February 2010 Mr. McNally did. Question: why would one ask someone that did not send a letter, about a letter sent by someone completely different?.

Why not ask the > Strategic Director for the details you require? Thank you for your reply, I requested that Mr McNally clarify the ambiguity in his letter, 1) What was the date on the letter that had been handed to him by the leader. 2) Whom handed him the letter. Shepperd or Stanton Very simple and reasonable requests, given the amount of data being produced, a reference point would help me manage information. As you can see I afforded Mr McNally the courtesy of referencing his letter by both date and ref: # Not only did Mr. McNally chose not to reciprocate he chose not to respond. This lack of professional courtesy is indefensible. KD

ruffers Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > > From my perspective I'm wondering what that > opening of dialogue was all about. That?s a very good question, and if Mr. McNally ever response to my letters and emails we will both have the answer. KD

My original posting was ?I say no to Lib-dem? I have posted a website given my reasons for this. I will be posting letters and emails on that website tomorrow. People can make up their own minds as to how they vote.

I?m sorry I don?t remember voicing a complaint. I do remember voicing an opinion. Maybe in your dictionary complaint & opinion are the same. Thank you for your comment. KD

Loz Thank you for your reply, Mr. Tim McNally first wrote to me, all be it a very confusing letter. When I then asked him several time to clarify his letter he chose to ignore my requests. Yes I did send letters and emails to the other parties and received a reply from them, on one occasion I wrote to Tessa Jowell MP and Mrs Jowell was kind enough to help with an issue. Please note I have no ties to any party. KD

RosieH, Thank you for your reply, I wrote today at 09:18AM ?approximately 20 delete emails and 8 letters - So will try have them up on site for tomorrow.? Sorry for any confusion, but as I said this morning it would be tomorrow, as I need to adobe down the data. Thank you for your interest KD

Siduhe Thank you for your reply, I have look at the LGO route but if you investigate the LGO as I have done, you would see they have no real power, over 50% of people whom work for the LGO are themselves ex-local authority employees. The LGO is just another non functioning quango. Thanks again for your reply, KD

History of ones local environment is only ?irrelevant? to the small minded ? thank you for your comment anyway. KD

Just a little background on me. I?m Kevin I was born in East Dulwich in 1960, I went to St John's and St Clement's Primary School, this was when it was in North Cross Road and Archdale Road my favourite teacher there, was Mrs. Best. My brothers, sisters and I, used to go to the Odeon cinema at Goose Green on Saturday mornings - it was just opposite the petrol station ? flats have now replaced the old Odeon building, that was demolished a few years ago. I remember the police station when it was on the corner of Crystal Palace Road and Upland Road. I also remember that one day in the1970s, the late Queen Mother came to visit the police station, well actually because at that time, it had a very beautiful rose garden at the front of it. My secondary school was William Penn, yes aka Billy Biro. So those on this site trying to marginalize me, forget it - I have too much history in East Dulwich, your rudeness and impolite manners will not work on me. Thank you, KD.

Huguenot, Thank you for your reply. Sorry no conspiracy storeys here, just a guy who was born and levied in East Dulwich for 50 years, But thank you for given this posting legs. Thank you, KD
-
Huguenot, Thank you for your reply. Given the case may be heard at The High Court of Justice, it would be inappropriate to comment further regarding ?50,000.00 issue. This posting is to alert people to the way lib-dem councillors behave in public office. I support no political party and have no agenda. Southwark Council is lib-dem controlled, and most of the propaganda coming through my door is Lib-dem. Thank you, KD
-
SteveT, Thank you for your reply. My expectations of lib-dem councillors is not what most people would call high, just reasonable. Not telling untruths. Not deleting emails without reading first. Not ignoring letters and emails. I think the above list is not high expectations of people in public office given the latest scandals in public office. Thank you, KD
-
Huguenot, Thank you for your reply. Regarding your comment ?To paraphrase you, you seem to have decided that the reason is they're all lazy liars.? Your paraphrasing skills have a lot to be desired ? but an old adage comes to mind (if the hat fits) KD
-
Huguenot, Thank you for your reply. Regarding your comment ?didn't get a satisfactory solution to a problem with your garden fence?? The issue was in regards to ?50,000.00 cost to myself ? this aside if it was a garden fence or a fifty thousand pounds issue is beside the point. This posting was about lib-dem councilors failing in their duties. KD

Mark, Thank you for your reply. I will not post them on the eastdulwichforum but will be available on site no2libdem.co.uk should any one want to see. Thank you. KD
-
Keef, Thank you for your reply. I don?t like being told untruths to by Lib-Dem councillors, I don?t like it when Lib-Dem councillors delete emails without reading them first, I don?t like it when Lib-Dem councillors write me letters, then when I ask them to clarify their ambiguous statement they ignore all my letters and emails. But to answer your question ?You don't like being disagreed with do you? I am OK with constructive criticism. Critiquing helps us to the truth. Thank you. KD
-
Mark, Thank you for your reply. Yes I will Adobe emails and Letters down and publish them on site. There are approximately 20 delete emails and 8 letters - So will try have them up on site for tomorrow. Thank you. KD
-
Smeltz. Thank you for your reply. I can publish all data on site, so your comment ?unfactual rubbish? can be retracted at any point. Regarding your comment ?don't be TOLD what to do by others!? I am not sure if you are aware but the Lib-Dems have been delivering copious amounts of papers to houses in East Dulwich, my point was to balance what Lib-Dem?s advocate in their paperwork with what happens in real life. KD

Huge Nought, Thank you for your reply, (question) - how could one get or not get ones own way when councillors do not reply to email and letters and delete emails without reading first ? say they will arrange meeting and then renege. I meet a lot of people in East Dulwich and I am far from the only one that has experienced this kind of problem with Lib-Dem councillors. Sorry Huge Nought but I must reject your comments- but thank you for playing. KD

Hi all, Good reason not to vote Lib-Dem - just take a look at no2libdem.co.uk I have lived in East Dulwich for 50 years. KD
