his business is listed as hifi sales, not car sales. the parking bays are limited to, I believe an hour outside his shop, why is he never ticketed?

I did report it to Southwark, and they are "investigating the matter". lets not hold our breath then.

Am I the only one that finds the guy selling cars from the Dulwich hifi station (11 L/L) really annoying? one car on the shop theshold and at least one in the parking bays in front of the shop.
