I?m s nanny . But just a little advice for you .. have you tried advertising nanny with own child ? I?ve just finished my nanny position as I?m studying now so I don?t nanny anymore. But I used to take my child to work with me for ?10 per hour as a reduced rate .. I think ?3,000 per month full time is a lot of money to pay .. When I used to nanny in Dulwich I used to charge ?9 per hour . Rates have clearly gone up .. Anyway just thought I?d give you advice. Maybe Childmnder and Nursery?? Good luck. Xxxx

My friend had this problem and like most mums went nuts to the council , you can win appeals if you have a good reason .. I?d appeal anyway as more than likely you will be offered a place with 4 months .. My friend daughter didn?t get a place for her proffered school , but is next in line on waiting list .. To get anywhere these days for school places you have to fight I?m afraid .. Something I most definitely will be doing for my daughter next year , I wouldn?t just sit back I?d do something about it !! X
