For two hours every Saturday morning I will be running a Forest School club in Lettsom Gardens. It will be child led, so you can never be quite sure of what we’ll get up to, but there will be the opportunity for natural craft, building dens, climbing trees, exploring nature, making mud pies and plenty of woodland games. It's suitable for five to ten year olds and gives them the opportunity to build friendships outside of school, learn to use basic tools and to follow their own interests, all of which helps to build self-confidence as well as being lots of fun. Based on Forest School principles, and run by a qualified Forest School leader, these days allow your children to fully immerse themselves in nature, whether that's building dens, making mud cakes, weaving with leaves or lying in a hammock. I can also recommend Niko - 07818 607583 - he's a great plumber and very caring guy. He recently sorted out our blocked kitchen sink and has done various other jobs on showers and cisterns. He's very reliable.
