  1. No, don't burst my bubble! In what way was he a bit of a cock?
  2. Ooh, did you watch him? Unshaven and on the other side of the law, but sexy still!
  3. He's my man, biatch so back off!!
  4. In Luther on BBC1. Looking good so far!
  5. Which one worked for Shell?
  6. Yes Cameron was awful in my opinion. He refused to answer direct questions and just carried on with his mantra. Radio 4 this morning was like a party political broadcast for the Tories. All very depressing.
  7. I'm terrified of Cameron getting in and Clegg was out of his depth most of the time. I was going to vote Green but I am scared it will be one vote less to stop the tories so despite all the issues I have with what Labour have done in the past decade, I think they are the best of a bad lot!
  8. Theft has to include an intention to permanently deprive someone of their property, squatting is temporary residence so does not fit within the definition of theft.
  9. Does anyone believe that JamesF actually knows what he's talking about?
  10. Ok. You got me on that one.
  11. Didn't want to clutter my post up with explanations but seeing as you asked: Fast cars was meant to mean any cars driven fast. And where they kill people most is obviously in places with more people, so yes, residential areas, although motorways are not really safe because so many people drive over the speed limit and up the arse of the car in front.
  12. The bottom line is that cars kill thousands of people every year in the UK. Fast cars kill the most. Cars need to be slowed down to stop people being killed. Current speed cameras do not make cars slow down, except just in front of the speed camera. Another method is needed. Average speed cameras are another method. Banning cars altogether in cities or fitting speed restrictors are other methods I'd prefer.
  13. Food, water and shelter are the fundamental needs of all humans. The enclosing of common land started the commodification of land and homes and Thatcher then Blair took it to a level that means that one of the most fundamental needs of all human beings is now out of reach of millions. Living in a caravan or tent is not an option for most as there are too many restrictions on where you can pitch/park. Cars and other property are not something that is fundamental to survival, so if people are homeless and rich property owners have more homes than they need or can be bothered to look after then I think it's perfectly acceptable for homeless people to satisfy their fundamental human need for shelter by squatting the empty property.
  14. Propery is theft! Kill the rich. Revolution now.
  15. This has turned into a real bitch fight!
  16. I paid 50 odd quid about a week ago! It was for my renewal, but still not happy!
  17. Absolute vacuum? Why would you expect them to give an anonymous internet forum every detail of their lives? Would you?
  18. How ugly and frightening is the suburban hysterical lynch-mob? Why don't you all take a pill and go back to wondering if magnolia walls are still passe or not, instead of ganging up on these guys?
  19. I am totally in support of the squatters and I wish the thousands of homeless people on social housing waiting lists will get radical and start occupying all the empty private places that were bought in the housing gold-rush of the past decade and left empty now.
  20. Lol, Milo that is very astute of you if you don't mine me saying. Much as I love Mr Huguenot, I think your analysis of his post is brilliant!
  21. But we all pay for these ameneties. People should make a fuss. It worked with Dulwich Park and it's opened much earlier now.
  22. It's pretty disgusting that people own homes they don't need and leave them to rot. I am glad the squatters moved in. It should be illegal to own property and leave it to decay when there are so many homeless people. That is what is immoral, not the homeless moving in.
  23. I looked like a twat in cycling pants and top, no actual bum flesh in view, so fairly surprised they bothered!
  24. I caught two yoots in a car filming my bum when I was cycling towards Peckham yesterday. I could hear a car driving slowly behind me and expected it to pass, but it didn't so I looked behind me and saw them grinning while the passenger filmed my bouncing arse on his camera phone. They then passed me by and honked. I was stunned and am slightly concerned my arse may end up on You Tube!
  25. Kell, strangely I think we may both be right: http://reducing-waste.suite101.com/article.cfm/how_to_recycle_shredded_paper
