    Adam and Ash came to work on my garden today. They were punctual, polite and did exactly what I needed. They just got on with it. And with good humour too which made it all so much more pleasant. I will use them again and a definite thumbs up from me! Lesley (aka Rebecca)

    Hi SE22 mum, I did say I would come back to you on this. I didn't get much interest in Dulwich but I have started a Saturday night group from 6:30pm, Highbury/Islington at Yogabase (257 Liverpool Road). If you're interested do come along - good acoustics and nice vibrations! Lesley

    Hi, I am thinking of starting up a kirtan / chanting group in East Dulwich. Kirtan is an ancient meditative practice which originated in India singing sanskrit mantras, a nice complimentary practice for those of you who enjoy a little yoga. Anyone interested? Thanks Lesley
