    I have a friend who worked for them and they treat their staff abominably, so I never use them. They're also criminally overpriced.

    Good that the platforms are more accessible (although no sign of the lifts working, so no better currently for disabled/elderly/people with buggies.) It looks like s**t though - appallingly designed and positively ugly.

    I've tried many, many phones and was quite anti-iphone until I got one. That's the best phone.

    It's irritating but not surprising that it's overrun. I can't understand though why anyone would think that it's well designed! I use it every day and every day I think what a missed opportunity it is and how depressing it is that it's all about function and no effort at all has been put into form.

    I don't know about the prices but Mind's stuff looks like it's better quality so that may be the reason.

    We recently gave lots of unwanted books to the Mind shop and they were very grateful for them.
