Still impossible to believe that someone with a such complete inability to read people and situations would be such a good detective but I live Saga and I love The Bridge.

I'd like to see the evidence that the BBC pays more than equivalent jobs in the private sector as I'm not sure that is true. -
Ignorant fool klaxon has sounded for Pinecone and Steviewhatever.

What a fantastic shop! We tasted a few really nice wines today and came away with a couple of great and not too pricey bottles. Highly recommended.

Still exaggerating I see fazer.

Agree Bob - it's not healthy and there are far more pressing things to worry about.

Well the number of posts fazed makes on this subject indicates how much of his thinking time this subject consumes.

Re the Chelsea Hotel - up until it closed a couple of years ago it was the best value hotel in NY and the rooms were enormous compared to most. No cockroaches on our visits there (although cockroaches are par for the course in NY.) The Hudson is overpriced and the rooms are tiny. The Sanctuary is good.

Not true fazer, you could hear loads of them but perhaps then you weren't fixated on them.

Maybe CBT (or meditation) could help. Good post. Agree completely.

I'll see if I have time. "You have no clue". Always an interesting internet meme. My point is merely that the market could be better.

Ron70 Wrote: Would you be > willing to discuss face to face your opinions with > one of the market stall holders which(in your > words)are "pretty rubbish"? If so, I'll bow out... I don't think that would achieve much but a conversation with whoever "manages" the market would be constructive.

Not too many people with any sense would take too much of it seriously. However, just because something's there doesn't mean everyone has to think it's amazing. NC Market has huge potential but the mix of stalls could be examined more closely and the market would improve vastly as a result. Some of the food stalls are good and there is room for good specialist food there once a week but the non-food stalls are largely pretty rubbish. Personally I'd like to see all the tat stalls gone and have it all as specialist food, kind of a mini Borough Market. I think that could do really well and make it more of a landmark/destination market.

I've had success with that a few times.
