I had two go a year or so back and my neighbours reckoned it was the slightly, ahem, eccentric old woman across the road who would "collect" them! -
I am not sure whatever happened started at the video shop as earlier a woman was ranting and raving from the window above one of the shops and a police car and van pulled up and double parked outside the flat. They later had moved down to outside the video shop.
