  1. Hey guys. Am new to this forum but this thread jumped out at me! Congrats to everyone who is attempting (and succeeding) with No-drink-vember. I always try and stay off the sauce in March and November.... no idea why but it's a good challenge! If you want to hit November with a double-positive-whammy (DPW) then think about upping your exercise as well as staying off the booze. The results will be incredible, trust me. By putting the extra energy you have,from lack of hangovers etc, into exercise ,you'll make a huge difference to your fitness and general well being......or you can look at it as allowing yourself more drinks over the Christmas period :-) If anyone wants any fitness advice, help setting goals, class ad Personal Training information then please give me a shout.
