As a cake maker and decorator I have noticed a decline in orders since the faithful credit crunch. So I decided to develop a new service to parents who want to purchase a personalised, novelty cake for their children's birthday, christening or graduation. DRESS YOUR CAKE ! Was born and has developed into an inexpensive way for parents to purchase a great looking, professionally finished cake. Buy an inexpensive large cake from your local supermarket and bring it to me. I will 'dress it' with a large edible cake topper ( Ben 10, A Flower Fairy, Clowns - anything is possible ) and place your child's name and age on the cake along with further decorations for the top and sides of the cake. This new venture has proved extremely popular and affordable for local parents.
