Hi there Both of my children have just started at Ducks this term. My daughter is in the Reception Class and my son who is 2.5 has just started in the Duckling room of the Kindergarten. Just wondered if there were any other Ducks parents out there with similar aged kids, who fancied getting to know each other/together? Thanks Jules

Hi guys A complete long shot but does anyone know if American Au pairs are allowed to come and work in the UK ? I have a feeling the rules have changed and the US are not participating in the Au Pair scheme? Any advice would be very welcome! Thanks

Can anyone recommend a good Private Speech Therapist please. We have been referred to the Townley Road Clinic but I am told this could take over 3 months and we would obviously like to get the ball rolling. Many Thanks Jules

Hi All, Having given up work full time I am now looking at more freelance work arrangements. As such, whilst I do need childcare I wont always need a full time place all year round, I will be needing to dip in an out so to speak. Do any of you lovely ED mums therefore know of any great nurseries that offer sessions on a part time basis? My son is 24 months and loves kids which leads me nicely to the fact that he is looking for playmates (ie other bonkers 2 year olds that love to run around with bags of energy) !!! (our nanny used to have all the contacts and having worked full time I am a bit out of the loop! Any advice re nurseries and takers to meet up and get the kids acquainted would be gratefully received! Cheers Jules :)
