It has happened to me too. In the end I got so fed up and called Amazon and complained. They were really helpful and put a complaint in to the delivery company they use, touch wood so far it seems to have worked. That was about 6 weeks ago, i'm quite a frequent user. Hope that helps.

Yes the Lady thankfully is fine, well looked after by KCH, a dear friend of mine and a very active 92 year old.

My teenage daughter loves the teenage section at Dulwich Library. She isn't a book worm but when she is in the mood for reading she can borrow quite a few! Hope it helps

Sadly yesterday evening my daughter's school friend was mugged. A group of 15-20 teenage children (boys & girls) enclosed her in a circle and asked her for her phone and money. Her school doesn't allow mobiles into school so they only got some loose change from her.She was very shaken up and apparently the police have said that there were six reported muggings from the same group of children.They have been reported near Alleyn's school aswell.
