i'm sure someone else on this list has already pointed out that if you ask 100 people their opinion of local estate agents you will get 100 different answers, it's futile.

just finished watching england beat australia in RWC quarters, then in the adverts straight afterwards i'm sure I saw the crystal palace tavern bogs used as the location for an energy company advert. anyway, it was an unbelieveable result, we were magnificent.
