  2. katie1997 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > If you must mix Guinness - the only thing is > champagne, sweetie. Black Velvet. > xxxxxxxxx Yeh but she wants punch, innit. Anyway, Black Velvet is a terrible waste of both the Guinness and the champagne :))
  3. The original listed ingredients are: Sodium Palmitate, Natural Rosin, Glycerine, Water, Sodium Cocoate, Rosemary Extract, Thyme Extract, Pears Fragrance Essence. The listed ingredients of the new soap are: Sorbitol, Aqua, Sodium Palmate/stearate, Sodium Palmkernelate, Sodium Rosinate, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, PEG-4, Alcohol, Glycerin, Perfume, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Meta Bisulfite, Etidronic acid, Tetra Sodium EDTA, BHT, Cl 12490, Cl 47005, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Cinnamal, Eugenol, Limonene, Linalool. This is terrible! It smells of coal tar, which brings back hideous childhood memories (6) involving Wrights Coal Tar Soap, Vosene and Loxene, instead of pleasant Pears Soap memories! And it makes me itch (6)

  6. What are you on?
  7. No? So what's your recipe then? :)
  8. Yes. Guinness. Orange juice. Bits of fruit and stuff. Maybe chuck in a few spices. Sorted. ACtually I haven't ever had Guinness Punch, but that sounds about right :))
  9. We were looking for some music in ED and could find nothing at all on tonight. Very disappointing as some nights there's three things on (usually including ours, so we can't go to the others :)) ) Ended up having a curry and playing scrabble in the Mag :)) :)-D
  10. Wouldn't be able to tell on my car, it's only been washed twice in about two years :))
  11. Yes I agree, even though I live in one of the small Victorian terraces.

  13. I had heard that East Dulwich prices had overtaken other Dulwich prices, including the Village, so maybe it's true. Hurrah!

  15. Speaking of Goose Green, can anyone point me to the link to the consultation about the fence?
  16. Well my Dad used to say PDQ in the fifties :))
  17. Not much point playing the game then
  18. But were there lasers?
  19. Gardeners' Delight - excellent choice! They actually taste like tomatoes!
  20. OMG I'm so jealous (6) Seriously! All I've had is a stopover at LA airport :)) :))

  22. I am happily a couple, but before I wasn't, I used Love and Friends and Guardian Soulmates and met some nice men on both of them :) And I know several people who are in LTRs as a result of using one or the other, including my sister. But I do think you have to meet up PDQ, because you can get a very wrong impression of people from emails :)) Edited to add: Don't know if it still does, but Love and Friends had a forum which was quite fun, I met some people I'm still in touch with from that, both men and women.
  23. I'm finding it a bit odd seeing snowdrops, species crocuses, large crocuses and daffs all in flower at the same time - anyone else?
  24. Sorry but some at least of the birds seem to be building their nests, unless they have taken to flying off with twigs to eat them later :))
