Hi, I have put an offer on a house in St Francis Road, and am concerned about the area behind- a park inbetween what would be my back garden and sainsburys, which is part of the estate on Dog Kennel hill- Im worried about noise from Champion Hill Football stadium and also security of possible break in from easy access to garden from park. Any St Francis road people on here who could put my mind at rest? Much thanks,
