I'm glad to read I wasn't the only one who was "slightly tipsy"! Thanks for the great party Mark. Also my Mother was very impressed by such a friendly lot. She had a great time as well. (Inebriated son not withstanding)
Not quite 5 months in ED. Not quite 6 months in the UK! Ended up in ED mainly through luck, but very happy I ended up here! The weather is a bit worse than my last place though. :(

Hmmm. I guess I was a bit too serious given the content of the thread! My apologies, just a topic that bugs me a bit. I was in a pet store in Crystal Palace yesterday. They had some very interesting reptiles there. but I wasn't allowed one.
While Mic is rather an idiot... Pit bulls do get a rather bad rap in the press. Very few reported incidents actually involve pit bulls. The reporting might be a bit different on this side of the pond though, I'm still new here! They can certainly be dangerous dogs, but can also be fabulous pets.
Tried it out recently after recommendations on here & quite enjoyed it. Good meal, good wine, friendly & attentive service (without always hovering). The music was definitely an interesting collection. Edit: Fixing typos.
tinagwee, still trying to match up forum names, real names & faces through the haze that was the forum drinks. Oops. Didn't have a quiz team last Sunday, but should have one this week if you guys are up for it.
