Hi all, I wondered how far people travel to take their little one's to nursery and how worth it, it is, to travel for a good nursery? We have been offered a place at the Rosendale nursery which by all accounts is very good but being based in East Dulwich is about a 20-30 minute brisk walk each way. Our little one is currently in a local nursery round here (currently a 15 minute walk) and we've not been too happy with it of late so this offer from Rosendale has come at the right time - in some ways. I'm a little torn as although we're not 100% happy with our baby's current nursery it is fairly near and he is settled there. I'm also a little loathe to re-settle him again somewhere new. However I am thinking that he will be in nursery until he's 4-5 so it might be worth it... in other ways not... how important is it that a child is in best nursery ever at this age??! Controversial?! I'm just trying to weigh everything up as its a big decision and would be grateful for anyone's thoughts and if they've been faced with similar situations. Many thanks!
