I felt the fist kick of our baby to be Elsa one morning whilst spooning with mrs easy at 5am, I got so excited I couldn't go back to sleep and had to get up and clear out the cellar to make room for all the junk thats cluttering the babies new bedroom. I won't forget that as long as I live.

we always called the shop down the end of the road the paki shop when I was growing up and no-one ever suggested it was racist, it's always been short for pakistani as far as I am concerned, I think it's one of those tricky one's where it's easy to take offence if your so inclined, but the fact is that it seems to have grown into a term percieved to be racist rather than starting out as one. If you are a racist by nature ,and you say it in a derrogative way then its racist, I would not use it now really for fear of being called a racist which I am sincerely not, I guess it's subject to evoloution like most language and it's current use is not aceptable to most people but it is no hardship not using it.

Hold up a second, the first question should be was that your house Kanga? If that was your house then I guess you have a right to be a bit tetchy about the subject and you would definatley have got out of the wtrong side of bed if there had been four fire engines filling your pad with water, or perhaps a member of your families. If not then cheer up matey your lucky it wasnt you. I'd like to offer my sympathies to the person whose house it was, having your house burn down with everything you own in is one of the worst things that could happen to someone, it happened to my brother some years ago and he, his wife a three kids were very lucky to make it out alive, sadly they lost everything and were not addequately insured because of some wierd techincallity, of course there will be gossip on the forum about this stuff and some of it will be dark humour, because as humans that's how some people react to stuff like that. And having a laugh about tough situations is some times a good way to deal with it.I think people should give Kanga a break perhaps he/she has a good reason for feeling tetchy about this. Having said all that, after the thread about no post going to godrich road bouncing about the forum the last week that comment made me laugh, and was quite current topical witty and sharp. hugs as ever

I agree miming sucks, I like it live even if it is slightly rougher round the edges, I will come along to both for sure, you have a lot of kit though so we will see what we can do about multi tracking your stuff it depends on the desk and stuff at the half moon, but if its a regular there for you then we can plan ahead a bit more. No I think that was my post that said the word nonce and yes I think the censorship has gone very overboard there whilst people might not like my language itsan english word that fits a nasty crime and as far as I know not a swear wordif it offends anyone I apologise whole heartedly,I think that my post and point were legitimatley made and now feel offended because i feel that It has been classed as worse than the sun on a bad day, this is very unfair as your personal opinion of what I am like is innaccurate and even if I were like that are sun readers not allpowed on this forum or in this debate? surely everyones view is valid and my point that someone who spikes a 13 year old girls drink to have sex with them is more interested in control of the subject than anything else and that is a classic trait in peadophiles was a fair point and not libelous as he admitted his guilt and is there fore a peadophile. fair censorship is fair enough but deleting because a few people dont like a word is stifling the debate and most people would be willing to apologise when the matter is raised as have I. hugs as ever
