Giulio is fab, I've been training with him since January (after doing nothing for years) and am now signing up to all sorts of races - including the marathon! eek. The sessions are also really fun & the hour goes so quickly, especially as he is very good at distracting you from the tough parts! :)) x

Did anyone else see what happened on ED/ Peckham Rye cross roads earlier? I saw three police cars and heard them shout 'Armed Police' to a couple of guys on the corner, but didn't stick around to see what happened! x

Hi fellow East Dulwichers! I?m researching on a high profile returning BBC3 series and we are on the hunt to find young adults, especially boys, aged 20-26 to take part in the new series. The popular returning series offers pampered young adults, who?ve never experienced independent living, the opportunity to leave home and compete against other stay-at-home contestants to win a life changing prize. The driver of the diverted bus I was on yesterday said the roadworks/ diversion was in place until 4th Feb! Great. X

When I moved house, I went to McDonalds and got loads of their fries boxes, they are perfect for stacking and packing! And free! x
