  1. Hello everyone, I work one-to-one with UK students applying to U.S. universities and support a small number of families each year in the Dulwich area and beyond. I studied in the U.S. myself and help students with everything from choosing the right universities (not just the Ivies!) to planning extracurriculars and crafting strong, personal essays, which are very different from the UK's personal statement. The U.S. application process is also very different from UCAS—more holistic, more narrative-driven, and it starts earlier than many families expect. I’ve worked with students from independent schools applying to both U.S. and UK universities, and while I focus solely on the U.S. side, I help structure timelines that fit around GCSEs, A Levels, and UCAS so everything feels manageable. Ideally, students begin the U.S. process before their final year—especially if applying Early Decision—but if you're aiming for 2026 entry, there’s still time to create a thoughtful, well-paced plan by starting in June. I offer a free 20-minute consultation for any families who are curious. Feel free to DM me if you’d like to chat. 😀
