Thanks so much Sue, I will get in touch with Noise Control and start keeping a proper record of the barking. I am actually planning to get my windows replaced, so if all else fails that should eventually help!

I'm hoping someone can help. I live on Therapia Road and there is a dog that barks very loudly at various intervals throughout the night. Last night was the worst yet: I was woken up at 23:30, 00:30, 01:30, 03:30 and 05:30. It's coming from the back of my property, so possibly Mundania Road or the block of flats between Therapia and Mundania Roads. The dog is clearly being left outside overnight, every night (even during the freezing cold temperatures we've had recently) and is understandably not happy about it. I don't hear it during the daytime, so haven't been able to go and figure out exactly where the dog is and/or speak with the owner. This is really affecting my sleep, I'm exhausted - if anyone knows anything about this dog (or is suffering like me) please let me know!
