Was looking to find out if piplings is closing/ being sold on. Found this of the same owners? Why are they so far apart? Should I be worries?

I've just found out that Ofsted have forced closure.

The devon- linked nursery (same owners) has had lots of issues with ofsted recently and is closed more than open. I found this post looking for assurance but I think they may be going under or being forced to permanently close both.
