Hi! I have a double room available in a 3 bedroom flat in East Dulwich. My flat is 5mins walk from East Dulwich station, 10mins walk from Denmark Hill station and 5mins walk from Sainsbury’s. Room is clean and spacious and comes with its own balcony. I’m seeking a professional, that is clean and considerate. Rental price is inclusive of bills and I hardly use my living room so you’d have full access to it. Kitchen is fully equipped so no need to bring cooking utensils or pots and pans.
