HI there- he's mentioned loads on this forum already but wanted to give another recommendation for Ray Murray - really brilliant painter/decorator who has done work for me in my flat a couple of times. Ray has just finished decorating my bedroom. I contacted him after seeing his immaculate work at a friends house and hearing her glowing recommendation! He is an absolute superstar. What a lovely guy and takes real pride in his work. Meticulous, clean and tidy. I am thrilled with his work and he even took the time to clean my windows! I wanted to post a very strong recommendations for John Marx. I found a recommendation for him on here and very glad I did. He has just finished fitting my kitchen and (pic attached) and despite various issues with suppliers, he has been a true professional and goes above and beyond at every stage. He is such a decent guy and is a pleasure to deal with. His workmanship is fantastic and it?s (sadly) very rare to meet someone so hardworking so reliable and all round brilliant! I?m sure he?s already busy but if you need someone then try and get him if you can.

Is there anyone living in Altima Court who has problems with the drainage? My top floor flat has problems with the water backing up into kitchen sink/bath every 10 months or so and the last time it was cleared by Dynorod was only a month ago but the water is running slowly again. Just wondered if anyone had a similar problem. Thanks.
