I went early evening and my experience was very different. They are dog-friendly and even let me leave my dog there – briefly – when i nipped to the Coop. And when the Coop didn't have any limes they gave me one of theirs!

Does everyone but me know Peter? Munya makes out he's famous, but I've never heard of him. Reading the article, does he live in the prefab on Lordship Lane up the hill towards the Plough? Nice story but did anyone else have a problem reading in because ads kept getting in the way? -
I'm not sure about that, it looks to me like the slope will make rainwater gather in the 'valley' in the middle of the pavement as there's no road/gutter nearby for it to run to. Maybe it's part of the design as a water feature.

Definitely was and he may still be. I think he used to drink in the Gowlett, saw him do a great gig at Bussey Building a few years ago. -
I'm not sure if they've done that good a job here - has anyone who has been there noticed how much the paving slopes? If it was like that before why not level it out now? And if it wasn't like that before why is it sloped now?

FYI I went to Sogim yesterday, there were four of us waiting plus customers coming and going and it's a pretty small space, standing room only.
