untilJoin us for an empowering and thought-provoking morning session with Claudia Halabi, designed to help you start building lifelong healthy eating habits for you and your child. We're currently facing a pandemic of diseases, and research consistently shows how our diet and lifestyle play a significant role in this. Now is the time to make lasting changes for ourselves and our families. During the first seven years of life, children are in a highly receptive, hypnotic state, absorbing everything they see, hear, and experience. The mental, physical, emotional, and nutritional inputs they receive during this time form the foundation of their lifelong habits. By establishing a strong foundation of healthy, whole foods coupled with mindfulness and treating eating as sacred, you give your child the tools to trust their innate nutritional wisdom and form a healthy relationship with food. We will explore how introducing natural, nourishing foods early on supports their wellbeing, and why avoiding processed, unhealthy foods is critical for fostering a healthy relationship with food. In this session, we will look at: • How your eating habits shape your child's perception of food. • Why ‘how’ your child (and you) eat is as important as ‘what’ they eat. • Practical tips for introducing whole, real foods. • Overcoming fussy eating and why it is common in our modern society. • How to manage your own stress and anxiety when it comes to feeding your child. • How to set healthy boundaries around your food choices. • Moving away from the confusion, noise and fearmongering of what to eat. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions, talk through challenges and solutions with Claudia and the group, enjoy a cup of tea, and connect with other mothers in a relaxed and inclusive environment. This is a space where you can feel supported as we work together to nurture your child’s natural relationship with food. This is a wonderful opportunity for both parents and parents to be, to come together, with the aim to have a positive and healthy ripple effect on our children. There is an option to add on a cup of warming house chai should you wish, you are welcome to bring your babies and children along with you. untilExploring questions of who we are, and what makes us sick & well, through the lenses of quantum physics, spirituality and modern psychology/psychotherapy. Typically considered mutually exclusive forms of knowledge – what if science and spirituality are actually complementary (albeit distinguished) paths toward a deeper unification? We forever belong to ourselves, humanity and the universe; we appear separate but are ultimately unified; we extend beyond the boundaries of our bodies and death (otherwise known as space and time) And what if connection to this deeper truth/ unity is also the foundation of our wellbeing (the ability to ‘be ourselves’)? £12.50 Book in via the link below! https://momence.com/Hannah-Brownlee/Inspired-Conversations%2C-Quantum-Physics%2C-Spirituality-%26-Healing-with-Dr-Hannah-Brownlee/107508386?skipPreview=true
