Royal Mail Late Deliveries and the price we have to pay

Well, first I was disenfranchised thanks to Roya Mail not sending my postal vote. Now it seems I won't be able to use my bank debit card because they have failed to deliver it. Utterly disgraceful. -
Still nothing. This is beyond parody, even by Royal Mail's standards.

Received postal poll card at the start of June saying that postal vote would be sent around 14 July. Have yet to receive anything. The postal service in the area is simply not fit for purpose.
