Maybe we can replace the independent shops in that part of lordship lane with a costa coffee and maybe a Lidl. Their corporate HQs would make sure they have all the right permits before they put out advertising boards or plastic seats on the pavement. We must stop local grocer shops putting beautiful fruit displays out, otherwise the local butchers might have a queue of people on the pavement, or god forbid the fishmongers has an oyster shucker outside, or the cheese shop puts a cheese tasting stall on the pavement. Where will it end!!!

Does anyone know what the new shop will be that is being renovated between Mons cheesemonger and Moxons on Lordship Lane?

I'd recommend Gary of First Choice Decorating and his team as well. They have taken on a tricky job of building in additional support into old crumbling plaster walls so they can support heavy curtain fixings. He communicates well through the job, has a high quality threshold and attention to detail in reviewing the work his team carry out, and was very mindful on minimising disruption and dust for a messy process.

I would also recommend Leon. He was responsive and did a thorough job for us replacing some faulty spot lights and coming to the house multiple times around other contractors to fit some new lighting into cabinetry.
