This is not strictly true and I'm sorry you're unsatisfied. We attempted to fit a bath waste that you supplied which didn't fit. So we went above and beyond to source another bath waste at the time at no extra cost. We installed the bath waste successfully but after doing so it turns out it isn't compatible with your bath. I've offered to source the specific waste needed but as the company who made the bath has gone bust it isn't something that can be done over night which I've explained. The new bath waste is in, there's an issues with the plug holding water. I've not vanished amd the service paid for was completed. Again sorry you're unsatisfied but with most Victoria plumb products they are specific to Victoria plumb
