Looking to have a bathroom completely renovated in SE22. Needs a complete refit with new flooring, lighting, ceiling plastering and also knocking down and replastering a wall of an adjacent cupboard storage room. Any suggestions welcome!

It hangs around a lot around the Besant Place/Vale End area (near ED train station) and doesn't seem to have a home. It's been outside a lot in rainy/windy conditions and constantly tries to enter our building. I'm going to try and take it to the vet to see if it's microchipped but please let me know if you can ID it.
