We had two areas of damp and he promptly diagnosed the causes, rapidly gave us an estimate and then carried out the work with outmost professionalism. He was punctual, reliable and explained every step of his work. He looked after our fixtures and fittings carefully and cleaned up very well at the end of the work. I wholeheartedly recommended him.
