  1. Hello I may be going mad but last week I saw a thread about a free yoga taster event. I think the company was Yogarised Peckham? Did anyone else see this? I think it was next Saturday (22nd) but I would be grateful if anyone else could let me know the time, venue etc Thanks loads Cath x
  2. Hello Does anyone know how long the bus replacement service will carry on at the weekends. I appreciate it's not every weekend but it does seem to be most. Thanks
  3. Not sure I can do the 28th but could do the 21st?
  4. That's a shame Sophie. I hope you both get better soon Is anyone still about tomorrow or shall we arrange for a couple of weeks time? (I can't do next Fri)
  5. No worries. Whoever gets there first lets try to get the long table near the screen that shows the playroom. Or at least somewhere near there. We can take turns going into the playroom to stop the kids fighting!!! Looking forward to it x
  6. I am up for something on the 7th. Shall we meet in the Victoria Inn. I think it's going to rain on Friday so it may be good to head there for say 3 / 3.30. We can let the kids play in their playroom and have a drink/coffee. (I know in practice it probably won't be as easy or relaxing as that but it's worth a try!) I guess the other option if it rains is Peckham Soft play? Happy if people have a better suggestion Cath x
  7. Great re Friday the 7th. I guess we can see how many of us there are before we decide on a venue. Shall we aim to meet say 3ish. Cath x
  8. Hello Great to meet you all the other Sunday. I am afraid I can't make this Sunday. Would love to catch up again soon though. Maybe on your next Sunday or if anyone fancies, we could do a Fri pm - for anyone off work that day with or without their toddlers? We could go to the Victoria inn or maybe Duck Egg cafe. Keeps the kids busy!! Cath x
  9. Hi ladies. I am also expecting my second mid July. My first with be almost 2 by then. Would love to join you for coffee on Sunday X
  10. I was really anaemic with ridiculously low ferritin levels. Tried all sorts of prescription and over the counter medicines. The only one that got my levels back to normal was a herbal one called Floradix. I can't recommend it enough. Comes in tablet or liquid form. Either get it on amazon or most chemists and organic food shops. It really does work X
  11. Seems a lot of people had reserved the same scooters!! Mmmm
  12. Just looked back at the info. My mistake it doesn't say soft play it says 'play area'. I guess there were a couple of toys in the cafe area? I do think the people that were there were selling some great stuff I just hope that this random Melissa stunt doesn't ruin it for the genuine sellers that were there yesterday
  13. Her name wasn't even on the list of stall holders when you came into the room. So strange
  14. If this was a stunt that's terrible for the stall holders that were there. There were some great stalls and bargains but according to Peekaboo's ads there were meant to be 27 stalls and soft play. There certainly was no soft play there?
  15. Hello Do you a micro scooter left or any snow suits 12-18 months please? Can collect tomorrow. Thanks Catherine
  16. I used Dulwich cars. I was very much in labour with a tens machine strapped to me. Again, like others, the driver didn't seem to mind. Even when I shouted at him to go easy on the speed bumps!!
  17. Hello I am looking for a good class/ play group near the Tulse Hill/Herne Hill/ West Dulwich area for a Friday am. My friend from Streatham and I (East Dulwich) both have toddlers and are looking for a good half way place to meet/catch up. We sometimes go to Bea's but looking for an alternative if anyone knows one. Sadly the days are gone when they would be happy to amuse themselves in the pram!! Many thanks Catherine
  18. I had reflexology with Jane at Bellenden Therapies, Went into labour 48hours later. It's also lovely and relaxing! x Catherine
  19. I actually think Huggies are far better than pampers. You can still get them but mainly online. I found pampers dreadful. The orange ones were slighly better than Baby Dry but still not great. Naty and Sainsburys are also good. Kiddiecare ones gave my daughter a rash.
