  4. Hello I am currently looking at schools and would really appreciate some honest feedback about the Belham school. Please PM if you would prefer. I am hearing very mixed things although a lot is positive but I would really like to get a few more parents feedback. I have been to the school tour, looked at their information etc but you can't beat first hand reports too. Any insight would be massively appreciated Thanks
  5. She has a pretty bad spiral break to her tibia. In a full leg cast. X
  6. Hello. My 3 year old has broken her leg. She is in a full leg plaster and will be for 8 weeks (totally rubbish) She will need physio after. Can anyone recommend a good child one please Thanks Catherine

  9. Hello I posted a similar question a while back for a 4 year old and got some fab ideas. I am hoping you can help me. I need to buy something for a lovely strong minded 6 year old girl. Any suggestions would be great. She likes crafts but I think she has felt. bead and sewing kids already. I was sort of thinging something nature related? Thanks in advance Catherine
  10. Is 30 delaying it then? Blimey.
  11. It does but do you know if they would cover our area? It's not included in their list X
  12. Hello I am looking to return to work in September after my second daughter turns one. Before having my first daughter I was a Head of digital sales. Unfortunately (or fortunately as it worked out for me) this role was made redundant whilst I was on mat leave nearly 3 years ago. I am now looking for a new job but only want to work part time. The ideal would be a job share but I know they are hard to come by. Just thought I would find out if there was any one in a similar situation that would be interested in a job share or who knew of a relevant job share. Thanks Catherine
  13. Yep rubbish here too. Train terminated at queens road peckham!
  14. Just noticed that according to national rail timetables, it seems it will now take up to 19 minutes to go from East Dulwich to London Bridge. There are a handful through the day that take 12 mins but most now take at least 16 and often 19 mins.
  15. Great. Thank you. I did Chee's class with my first child too. Great classes.
  16. Hi Tanny I couldn't see the Copleston class on Edtots. Would you mind sending me the details. I only know of the one in Honor Oak Thanks Catherine
  17. If you are still looking I have one you can buy. It's a universal one. Pm me if you are interested
  18. We stayed here last month. http://www.thegranarylovettswood.co.uk/ We had a 2 year old and a 6 week old baby. They had so much baby equipment for both ie. moses basket, cot, toys, pram, high chair etc. Great location for days out and plenty to do on the farm as it had a great garden with a slide and other outdoor toys. Rose and Farmer John own the cottage and were brilliant. It's a working farm so we had a tour of the farm and watched the cows being milked. If you do contact them please say that I recommended them (Catherine Frusher) Please PM me if you have any other questions Thankyou Catherine
  19. Probably a bit late now but I just sterilised ours using Milton tablets x
  20. Also recently used Matthew and his team. They did a great job of decorating my hall snd staircase. Would definitely reccomemd them. Unlike some tradesman they actually communicate to you and keep to their word. Reasonably priced too. Thanks
  21. Have a look at the site for Baby Bolt holes. Some of their places are a bit pricey but they have great baby/toddler facilities. The site may give you some good ideas. Most properties also have recommended baby sitters attached to them. Something to consider? X
  22. Thanks ladies. Some great suggestion. Really appreciate your help x
  23. Hello I have a couple of friends who's daughters turn 5 next month. I know I could ask them what they would like but I would really like to get them a nice gift without having to ask. I haven't a clue what 5 year old girls are into these days. My daughter is only 2. Can anyone offer any help please Thanks Catherine
  24. I have just started my 22 month old in nursery and baby number 2 is due in 2 weeks time. We did what to settle her in earlier but availability and money was an issue. So far so good. She is only going 2 days a week but is settling well. Yes we have a few tears at drop off's and she isn't actually napping there yet (still naps at home) but it doesn't seem to be effecting the other days of the week too much. Nursery also say she is very content there. She has never been in childcare before now. I agree with Tickle that I think the drop off's will be tricky with a baby but I think that she will get so much more out of being there for two days than me being pre-ocupied/ tied to a baby for 2 days a week. It may all go pear shaped once the baby arrives but I am happy with my decision so far Hope that helps Feel free to ask me next month! x
  25. Thanks ladies. Appreciate you taking the time to respond. Fingers crossed we will get there soon. I will definitely encourage the nursery to keep trying. Thanks x
