And to clarify, there were some very small subsidies to start up businesses at the beginning of the regeneration initiative (years ago now)to help kick-start the area. There are now no subsidised rents on Bellenden Road and the businesses there stand or fall on their own merits.

All right-thinking people would do well to grab a copy of the local paper this evening - the council has admitted to being wholly wrong in its erection of signage without due process being observed. Alan Dale - To keep your interaction with dogs to a minimum you could carry a placard bearing your name around the park. I for one would keep myself and my dog as far away from you as humanly/dogly possible.
