  1. Spotted 6/7 different piles all around East Dulwich on my lunchtime walk. Fully behind bringing back medieval punishment for this sort of thing. Nothing that would actually harm anyone but every Saturday morning put the guilty culprit in the stocks on Goose Green and launch rotten veg or their dogs sh*t at them. £1 a go for the baying public. A punishment that would make people think twice instead of a fine which clearly isn't much of a deterrent.
  2. Looks like a Btec website. If you click on any of the logos they don't take you anywhere. Very easy to set up. If you read the google reviews it appears quite a few people think it's dodgy. The biggest red flag is that I can't see a registered charity number anywhere.....
  3. I donated to him after a couple of pints but when I looked into the actual charity it seems fraudulent. I believe if it's same guy he's collecting for - City Hive London C.I.C After reading the reviews looks like my £2 didn't go to where I thought it would.
  4. Haven’t received any post for the last two weeks. Anyone else having the same issue? Know it used to be like this a while ago but seemed resolved. Seems impossible to check if there’s a problem via Royal Mail website. If there is a way would appreciate the info.
  5. In my opinion every pub on lordship lane are absolutely terrible. The actress and great exhibition are awful pubs too. Regardless of price. None of them serve cask ale to a good standard.
  6. Couldn‘t agree more. Anyone who has the space and can reasonably keep bins within their property but choses to obstruct the pavement is inconsiderate and plain lazy. Sadly, it seems the council is pretty useless in addressing this issue, but would be an issue to raise with the local MP to help push through and reinstate fine enforcement again. Did you not read any of the above replies? What if the bins are left on the street by the bin men whilst you’re at work or away for a few days…? There are various valid reasons. Please don’t be so shortsighted.
  7. Pair of Persol glasses found on Mebourne Grove near station. DM if they are yours.
