Think of the car park as a chessboard with the white pieces lined up by Sainsburys and Black on dog kennel hil. Now if every other line was a parking bay there would be far fewer opportunities for pedestrians to pass behind reversing cars. I think they couldnt get as many cars in that way. Simple really.

Children are more likely to be the victims in a car accident, And in London 75% of accidents where there are injuries involve people outside the car. I know when I am trying to park or pull away and there are kids about it is much harder to do safely as you cant see them and they will be unpredictable. Also if I ran over a child I could never forgive myself. Safety is designed into roads, cars, Pavements, Buses, Trains, Stations, Bus stops - even Car Parks ! Believe it! Pedestrians especially small ones are highly vulnerable.

The reason they are close to the store is because car parks are quite dangerous for people who dont actually reach the hight of the windows of cars. Also Sainsburys chose a more dangerous layout for their car park than they had to.

Some facts. There's at least one Gym in the video. There IS a playground. The building's internal accomodation exceeds current standards for 900 pupils. I know some of didn't want a boys school, I know some of us don't trust Harris or Academies in general but its what we've got which is better than nothing.
