  1. I bought this lovely mini projector several months ago on Amazon which projects up to 120 inches (my photos show projection on an approximate 80 inches diagonal screen. At 300 ANSI, the projector gives a rich colour image in a reasonably dark room. Has wireless mirroring and Bluetooth connectivity but I never figured out how to use that. Instead, I connected my Chrome TV device to it using one of the USB ports for power so don't need another power socket for it. I also used the HDMI connection to connect my PlayStation to play blurays and play media off USB drives (The projector has two USB ports, so can use one for the Chrome/firestick and one for flash drives. The projector is in perfect condition, only used occasionally for big screen movie nights couple of times a month. Original box (which is a bit torn at the top) with all original accessories: remote control, power cable, HDMI cable and manual. Selling because I now have a new full size 3D projector to also play my 3d blurays on. I bought this for £100 last year, but it retails now at £92 on Ultimea website (Amazon page doesn't have it available right now but I am guessing if it does and on a sale price, it would be about £50-60. So, I am selling this for £35 Either collection from my home in Peckham or I can bring it to you if you live local or neighbouring boroughs.
  2. I have a paper shredder which I don't need any more as my office paperwork days are over. It can shred 5 sheets of paper at a time. Selling for a tenner. Collect in Peckham or can deliver if you are local to me.
  3. I have a set of 3 Magnusson spirit level bars, lengths of 1.8m, 1.2m and 0.6m. Initially it was a set of 4 including a 250mm spirit level but I had been using that regularly and over time, I damaged it, so I am not including it. I have only used these longer spirit levels once, so they are good as new. The set (of 4) costs £60 at B&Q, Trade-Point etc. But selling these 3 pieces with the zip bag for £25. The short 250mm spirit level that I haven't included costs £8-10 if you are wanting to complete the set yourself. Collection only, from Peckham
  4. PlayStation 5 console (has built-in Disk drive) in perfect condition and boxed with all original content. Slight tear on the bottom of the box but the box is otherwise in good condition too with carry handle. Selling for £300. Or with Gran Turismo 7 (PS5 version) for £330. Selling because I now have the PlayStation 5 pro. Collection only in Peckham.
  5. I am surprised no takers for this...you missed a good deal, as I am now raising the asking price to £200, lol. Didn't expect that, did you, huh?? But seriously, name your price, I might shake hands on it 🙂
  6. I have this airless paint sprayer from Amazon which is 6 months old. It has never been used. Everything is still in their Indvidual packaging all within the product box as sold new (but of course opened). Ideal for big paint jobs, gets it done super-fast. I am selling this to someone more deserving and not as lazy at DIY as I am! Comes with goggles but it is recommended to also wear a face mask and old clothes/paint overalls as spray particles can get on you. This is the product page on Amazon: InoKraft MaXpray M1 Airless Paint Sprayer, High Efficiency, Thinning-Free, Minimal Overspray, for Home Exterior & House Interior DIY Painting Projects, with Paint Sprayer Accessories : Amazon.co.uk: Garden Tutorial on using it: Selling for £180 ono (Store price is £340. Collection only (Peckham)
  7. 5* for Joseph but first thanks to everyone here recommending him! He was indeed superb, reassuring, punctual and unfussed. He disposed some of my old Furnitures today. Great value service. Thank you, Joseph.
  8. I know this is a Dulwich forum, but I can't find any leisure centres where we can book an indoor table tennis table in our neighbourhood or surrounding boroughs. Wavelength in Deptford appears to be the nearest leisure centre with a bookable table tennis that I can find. I know there are local table tennis clubs, but I am not keen on committing to any memberships. Wavelength prices is surprising cheap, though, at £6.50 per hour per table, so split the cost for two players. At least that is my interpretation from the website. I am an average/intermediate standard player but not having played for a few years (...well, not in the real world...I'll explain shortly!) so I will be rusty. Would any of you like to have a game? Or do you know of a closer venue? I am not keen on outdoor tables as my experience with them is uncomfortable (wind and uneven ground). Don't laugh but when I said not in the real world, well I have been playing Table tennis in Virtual Reality (Quest 2/3 for those of you who know about VR headsets) which feels extraordinarily like the real thing, So I am keen to compare how it realistic it really is! I am also keen to becoming healthy fit (or in other words lose the unwanted bodyfat that is on me!), so I am also keen to doing workouts in a park for which I have qualified knowledge in fitness/body fat loss training. I have a lot of resistance bands that I can share with anyone who would like to work out with me. I do also play Squash and Badminton and good at both but for now, table tennis is my sole interest. Anyone like to play a game or workout with me? Or have you any pointers where I can play, maybe a club night TT session anywhere. Thanks
  9. Hi guys, I have a TV that I feel is worthwhile repairing even though I have now bought a new one. But I still want this old one to survive because, well, its 3D TV! 3D is dead, no one makes 3D TVs anymore. I love 3D and I do still enjoy watching them in my VR headsets but that's a lonely experience, family can't share the 3D with me. My TV works for 5 seconds and then switches off. I think I know whats wrong according to an LED error code I looked up. I think a component that drives the edge lit LED needs replacing or probably need a contact clean. Any of you know a good TV repair person or shop in our area? UPDATE: Nevermind, I decided to just put it up in classifies for free on collection, and if no takers, will dispose of it through council service (or local removals) But as a discussion, do any of you love 3D as much as me!?
  10. Oh I see, sorry I misread your post thinking Mac or desktop was your prime and last resort! Can I just mention a couple more options for your last resort. If you don't need too many extra frills, Windows Photos (built in with Windows 10) can create a slide show quick and easy, automatically cropping black bars if your pictures are square format then save to movie format. On Google Slides, there is an extension called Creator Studio which enables you to create slides and export to video or GIF format. Google extensions can also work on mobile but not all are optimised for it, so it's just a matter of trying it out. Also, not sure if it crops to square. On Android phones, WPS Office has a slideshow creator module called Presentation which you can then also save to movie format. WPS Office is free open source. If I come across any other open source solutions, I'll post it here.

  13. Hi all, I initially posted a desire for people to play table tennis with me in the Items Wanted section but was advised I might have a little more reach here. There are various outdoor ping pong tables around our area (Warwick Gardens, Peckham Rye, Dulwich Park, Crown & Greyhound, etc). Would anyone like to have a game with me, weather permitting? If table is unavailable for some other reason on arrival, I plan to do an exercise workout as a backup as I am on a fat-loss journey and you're welcome to join me for that (I used to be a qualified PT so have the knowledge to recommend suitable safe workout for you). In regards to Covid, I will always wear a face mask and respect social distancing but you don't have to. If you up for this, give me a shout. Or perhaps we can make this a group thing if more than one of you are keen. And if none of you are keen, no worries! TBH I've never actually played on any of these outdoor tables before so I am not sure how it compares to conventional indoor ones. Have any of you? Thanks TJ
  14. ...also libreoffice has a Powerpoint equivalent called impress and is open source. https://www.libreoffice.org/discover/impress/
  15. Hi, Perhaps this might be worth checking out, not sure if it will meet your requirement as I never tried it myself but it is of the Google apps: https://www.google.com/slides/about/ Generally when looking for free apps, I always try checking out "open source" apps as a priority because they should be devoid of monetary trappings and malware (apart from request for voluntary donation) and are developed by volunteers for the community often with comparable quality to commercial products.
