    mmmmmmm

Can I have a sound proof booth to practice my guitar in? Crystal I like the Den idea, lets have bean bags, darts, pool, and 70's pinball machines!!! In fact, lets move Tasha's garden over from Sydney!!! Could you post the photo of "Rancho Relaxo" from my flickr site... I can't access it from here, as for some reason work have decided that flickr is a match making site?!?!?!?!? :'(

By the pool is fine with me! But in the colder weather we'll be indoors breathing smoke in everyone's face! (6)

    mmmmmmm

I insist on a smoking section!!!

Can we put posters up and get a pool table? :))

    OI WAKE UP!!!!! Pint? :)-D
  6. Good work, Dulwichmum will be over the moon! >:D
  7. Yep that'll be the one! How times change :-S
  8. Joe I could be up for a jam... Piers, can you put a link here to This Bleeding Heart Show, on YouTube? If people haven't heard it, they bloody well should! New Pornographers anyone?
  9. QZ I spent my childhood afraid of you if Capt-Birseye has you right! :-S
  10. Excellent news, congrats!!! Missed the last forum meet, but if I meet you at the next one we shall raise a toast :)-D
  11. Capt_Birdseye give The Killers' second album (Sam's Town) another go, it's a grower...... Also, while Snow Patrol's albums are rather bland, they are fantastic live! Lately I've been listening to The Feeling, nice happy album which is all too rare in these the days of depressing shite written by rich people who think they have something important to say!!!!!!!! Chris Martin I'm looking at you. Generally loud guitar based rock does it for me.. Fave band ever Guns N' Roses (Slash is a God). Also guilty pleasures from the 80's such as China in your hand :-S
  12. The canary in the attic by the light switch WHO WATCHES OVER YOUUUU, make a little bird house in your soul... lalalalala I LOVE THAT SONG!!!!!!!!!! Also, I swear that Kylie's "Can't get you out of my head" video ripped off the dance moves from the original They might be giants vid (remember all the people in matching lumberjack shirts doing odd dancing with cardboard eye masks on - CLASSIC))!!! Not to put too fine a point on it, say I'm the only bee in your bonnet lalalalala Anyway, I've off to kill Jason and countless screaming argonauts >:D<
  13. Didn't realise he was 22, thought he was a teenager. The Charlton fans I work with want him in the first team! ;-)
  14. Clare, Brixton is the Best venue in London in my opinion! They do actually roll chairs in occasionally for things like comedy (saw the fast show there a few years back, was odd seeing the chairs), but it's best for gigs, as you get a good view wherever you stand! Don't stand at the back though, as the sound gets a bit rubbish when you're under the upper circle! Hope you have a top time! Who are you seeing? Swiders, I saw Snow Patrol at The Forum last year, fantastic little venue!!! I loved the fact we were right near the front, and I got to the bar and back in the space of one song!!! :)-D Sorry to be off topic.
  15. Damn it Piers that's exactly what I was going to post! :-) Crystal, I'm not overly confident about Liverpool's chances, but I'm keeping fingers and toes crossed. Damn shame about those Saints huh? :-*
  16. I must admit I'm impressed the bank paid it back! Thought they'd have said it wasn't their problem, good stuff!
  17. ;-) Fair point. No, there are some painfully petty posts on this thread, from both sides to be fair.
  18. Excellent idea!!! >:D< Not looking at the poo, but shaming the owners...
  19. I do hope you gave him a false PIN anyway!!!! What did he think, you'd just wait there for him?!? :-S Ko, have you thought about taking Crystal Palace Road instead? I think the lighting is better, and there are usually people around... I've never seen any trouble there, although I'm sure there's been some everywhere over the years... On a general note, the lighting in the area as a whole could do with improvement, if nothing else to make streets safer from crime!!! Not to mention to stop people falling over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. Tandoori Nights get my vote for LL. However...... God I've said this about 4 times now.... Ganapati in "Posh Peckham" (corner of Bellenden Road and Holly Grove) is an amazing Indian Restaurant!!!! It's not a "curry house" like you'll find on LL with all the usual dishes, but a lovely place with fantastic, friendly staff, that does freshly prepared dishes that are so full of flavour, not packed full of as many chillis as possible to make it hot! See here for user reviews (tu)
  21. Well it's about time he did something half useful with his life! ;-)
  22. God this is boring!
  23. Bloody Hell, what bank are you with?!?!?
  24. Cheers ("Where Everybody Knows Your Name") Making your way in the world today takes everything you've got. Taking a break from all your worries, sure would help a lot. Wouldn't you like to get away? Sometimes you want to go Where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came. You wanna be where you can see, our troubles are all the same You wanna be where everybody knows Your name. You wanna go where people know, people are all the same, You wanna go where everybody knows your name. Yeah well perhaps not, but they're good guys (tu)
  25. Quite, old films like that should be left well alone!
