Had Clare to our property twice now and she is wonderful! Super speedy and efficient, and extremely knowledgeable, giving great advice on upkeep, feeding and pruning. She did substantial autumn prune on our grape vine and wisteria, and this spring helped us plant in new plants and create beds. Would definitely recommend!

I just used Dia based off this recommendation. He was super! Would 100% recommend, he even spotted problems with our walls we hadn't noticed yet and was incredibly thorough. A really nice man who was very trustworthy and clearly took immense pride in his work!

Would love some advice from the East Dulwich community! We are looking to buy in the area, and we have seen a lovely 'half-'house' (definition by the Estate Agent!) - but should it be Freehold or Share of Freehold? This one is freehold, but our solicitor has said technically due to the shared hallway it is a flat, and it should be a 'Share of Freehold' (as freehold flats propose numerous issues for insurers/vendors) ANY ADVICE/THOUGHTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. Google does not bring up anything (!)
