It would be great to get that patch of the park used. It's a lovely spot and an opportunity for a nice cafe. I would love it if it turned into a mini golf course.

Robin, you have done a fab job of getting East Dulwich greenified. I remember what LL was like in 1991 when we moved here and it was nothing like the pretty, thriving street it is now. I am really proud to be a resident.

I am intrigued by this quirky road: why is it not paved (made up) and why are the houses all pebbledashed in the same, rather old-fashioned way? Can any body help?

No cyclists will be allowed down Rye Lane from today - according to the signs. Do any experienced cyclists have an alternative route from the bottom of Peckham Rye to the library and the start of the Surrey Canal route?

I am totally opposed to this change of route. We can get the 63/363 (good bus routes) into Blackfriars, and don't need another one. The 40 is the only bus that goes into the City, where a lot of people in ED work.

When you fill in the survey, there is nowhere to add an opinion on the proposed CPZ that seems to have been snuck in. Losing 45 parking spaces and having to accommodate the overspill from the CPZ will have a very signficant impact on Barry road residents. At the moment there are no major issues with parking. Certainly not at the north end of the road. I agree that properly working speed cameras (even just the smiley face ones) would surely reduce the speeding at a far smaller cost and disruption of putting in speed humps.

From the map it looks as if the east side of Barry road is outside of the CPZ which would mean we would no longer by able to park on our road because of the CPZ spillover. Inevitably that would mean expansion of the CPZ eastwards. And so and so on. Sad times.

I received a letter from Southwark Council through my door yesterday, entitled Barry road speed reduction and Southwark Spine consultation. The contents were quite welcome ie, proposals for reducing traffic speeds on Barry road and creating a cycle route. However the map on the back, showed the whole of East Dulwich as being designated as a proposed CPZ area. This was not alluded to in the letter at all. Comments were welcomed at www.southwark.gov.uk/barryroad. Can I suggest that you make your views known, as I fear that another stealth campaign is in action to make the area a CPZ.

Do we really think the Surrey Canal route is too dangerous to ride, even at cyclists rush hour? When I go (between 7.30 - 8.00 am and 6-7 pm) there are always dozens of fellow cyclists. Surely this would be off-putting to the would be bicycle thieves? I love cycling that route and would really hate that everybody abandoned it.

Yes, my "comics" didn't arrive on Friday and still haven't arrived today. A parcel to be delivered within 3-5 working days, which I would have expected to come fairly quickly only arrived after 7. I really hate the fact that we can't rely on the postal service, it seems.

I had no idea that it was deemed acceptable to only have 2-3 deliveries a week. Until recently we had a delivery every day except Sunday. Does anyone know who I can complain to?

I live at the bottom of Barry road and love it when Zippos comes to town. The raising of the big top is soooo exciting (and I am in my 50s, not a child).

Have you been to the Dulwich Podiatrist? Took my daughter there who had some horrible longstanding veruccas that were not reacting to Bazuka. I think they froze them off.

Please wave your magic wand and find me somewhere we can go as a family (all adults) which will be warm (over 20C), not more than 4 hours away, not to expensive, not classic touristy (ie we would want a villa and nice food shops/markets/walking/beach. Not the Canaries (been there quite a few times. Main thing is that it must be warm. Any ideas welcome!

There are TWO unused speeding notice signs (ie they should light up and tell you your speed as you approach them)outside 19 Barry road, one in front of the other. If these worked and if there were others up and down the road,I am sure speeds would be reduced.
