Snow went missing on Friday and hasn’t returned. He went missing around by tessa Jowel centre and Alleyns school. He is a large cat. ALL White, shorthair, one blue eye & one green eye, no collar, Microchipped, Male neutered, and unfamiliar to the area as he was with a cat sitter. Please report any news can be told to Neighbourhood Vet. Lordship Lane. Please look out, thank you

Hi, my partner has decided to stay at home with our son rather than put him in nursery and work around him. Are there any other similar dads in the area I could connect him with? There are lots of mum things but not sure how to find dad things.

Brown bin collection - Council starting to charge?
brewski replied to slarti b's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I have no problem with them charging, the fee is very small. But what is nuts is that they will provide a 4th bin that can be knocked over by foxes and have to make another collection when it all gets composted in the same place anyway. To register for the service you have to order another garden bin when we already have one. All these extra costs go way beyond the ?25 they are charging. It?s nuts. Has anyone made sense of this? -
So sorry to hear about the lovely Gordon. Im devastated to read about this. RIP Gordon.

Brown bin collection - Council starting to charge?

WE had a leaflet from Southwark saying they will charge ?30pa for collection. I think this is reasonable. However it seems that people are not putting using this bin for their food waste bags, or they would be used more. I encourage everyone to use the facility of Food Waste collection as this is a wonderful way to reduce waste and you can buy back the compose created from the Tip in Old Kent Road. We are very lucky that Southwark provides this service and I dont mind at all paying a bit extra a year for it. -
Yes this is a great service. You can also take along a measuring jug to fill up bottles. Also has anyone used Naked Larder in Herne Hill. Great way to buy dry stuff without packaging.

I just realised that it wasnt Guna Nua who made the offensive comment, sorry about that, it was Razors! Take it back, Razors. Sorry Guna Nua, i was just so shocked, more shocked that having my phone pinched!

Thanks for your messages, it definately is true, why does it seem so odd, and yes Ratty that is a simlar description - how did you know? I dont think that screaming would have got my phone back, he would have bolted and that would have been the end of it. Surely better to sort out your own problems that scream, cause a scene and not resolve it? I did try to find the security guard but he wasnt around. And Guna Nua, I dont think your comment is suitable for this forum - not the innocent brush off of your later post, i think its offensive. Most people in ED are really nice and honest and I like to believe people are innocent until proven guilty, I dont want to go about like a paranoid lunatic, but yes appreciate leaving bags open with phones sticking out is stupid and I will curb my behaviour.
