  12. Are you coachable? Let?s say you are struggling with your fitness journey and decide to work with a PT to lose some weight, tone up and get stronger. But, do you think you are coachable? Unless you are coachable, sorry to say, but you won?t go very far. I was definitely expecting Vicki to lose a good amount of weight in this competition, but I didn?t expect almost 10kg loss 😆 Some people might say, ahh if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you gain it back quickly.   22. Get this right. You?d better exercise regularly, even if they are short ones than working out only once a week for 3 hours. It?s like learning a language. You need to practice it daily to make progress rather than having a 2-hour lesson once a week. Do you brush your teeth once a week or every day, or even more than once a day?   25. Here is a great way of seeing your fitness progress. Record Your Stats Nothing builds motivation as efficiently as seeing signs of improvement. Keep some kind of record of your activity. It can be as simple as noting the weight you lifted or recording the time it took to cycle 10k. You can use either one of the many fitness apps available or old-fashioned pen and paper.
